Libyan strongman Moammar Gadhafi got his star turn before the United Nations yesterday. Proving once again how tough an act Barack Obama is to follow, Gadhafi rambled from hand-scribbled notes for better than 90 minutes.
At least he looked good doing it. Where do you think he got that outfit? The Garment District? A coworker suggested the hat is the kind that comes with fake hair hanging out of it.

The United Nations should take a cue from the Academy Awards broadcast: Set a time limit (in the case of the U.N., maybe 15 minutes). If a speaker goes over, music starts to play and a pair of well-dressed people come out to escort you off the stage.
Some one should have staged a walkout. THEN he would only be talking to himself .
