To those who would crown happy Peyton so soon, don't forget he still has to face Finland, so to speak. If Chicago comes through, hopefully we'll see Sad Peyton two weeks from today.

In a strange way it warms my heart to think of all the knuckle scrapers from Methuen to Middleton sobbing over their Dunkin' Donuts beverages (it's so bad, you can't call it coffee), gnashing their teeth as they commiserate with the 12-toed bigots on WEEI.

Brady's still more attractive than Manning. And his college team was never embarassed by the Huskers in a bowl game like Manning's. That's two things Brady can hold on too.

Is NB being a player-hater? Why not accept losing with composure? If both teams played well and are respectable, dont result in name calling.
Brady & Co (and NE fans) will continue to hail great respect if they lose with as much dignity as they won. If not, they will be compared to teams like the Cowboys, or even the Yankees. Champions can shine or tarnish their image when they eventually lose...
Besides, I just couldn't stand to possibly have the cutoff grey hoody become a fashion statement!
